- Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees.
- Support on campus initiatives to promote a professional and enjoyed workplace and surveys.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for HR initiatives that improve employee experiences, grow high-performing teams and reinforce our values and culture.
- Responsible for ensuring the timeliness and quality assurance of HRIS data.
- Responsible for Union and Professional Campus files.
- Develop efficient campus communication strategies.
