Human Resources Business Partner Collabera is seeking an HR Business Partner to join a large commercial insurance company located downtown Toronto. This dynamic, multi‑hat role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, mid‑to‑large corporate environment.
Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to people managers across Canada, supporting employee relations, promotions, performance management, PIPs, and business cases for talent decisions.
Lead talent acquisition efforts, managing 6–10 requisitions at a time (≈ 40 % of the role).
Collaborate on business partnership initiatives, supporting workforce planning, succession planning, and HR strategy (≈ 30 %).
Manage project‑based work, including compliance projects such as Bill 96 (Quebec) and coordination with the legal department (≈ 15 %).
