Description

Become a key player in our HR team as a Human Resources Coordinator in Cobourg, dedicated to managing the employee life cycle efficiently. This full-time role provides a competitive hourly wage and focuses on critical HR functions.

This position reports to the Human Resources/Payroll Manager, coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and employee support throughout their journey. You'll ensure personnel records are thoroughly maintained and assist with labor relations and employee recognition initiatives while aligning with relevant employment legislation. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential.
