The Role
We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to hire a Human Resources Coordinator to support their growing operations across multiple facilities in the Niagara region.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on and working directly with employees at every level of the organization, from shop floor staff to senior leadership. Reporting to the General Manager, the HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR activities, employee relations, and onboarding while helping maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment and enjoys balancing operational HR responsibilities with employee engagement initiatives.
