Role Summary

As HR Director IGC H/F, you will join the Imerys Graphite & Carbon Leadership Team and the Human Resources Leadership Team. You will design the people agenda for a fast‑growing industry business of roughly €250 million, leading high‑level organisational design and engagement initiatives while ensuring operational HR excellence across Europe, North America and APAC.

Dotted Line: Business Vice President Graphite & Carbon
