Position Overview
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting all human resources functions at the site level. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR strategy implementation. The role ensures alignment with corporate HR policies while addressing the unique needs of the site.
Duties and Responsibilities
- HR Support
- Partner with site leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Drive organizational change and culture initiatives.
- Lead workforce planning and talent management efforts.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
