**HR Generalist - Training Focus**
**Requirements**:
- 4 years of HR experience (manufacturing, preferably automotive).
- Knowledge of LFT, SIRCE-STPS, and training programs.
- Knowledge of HR plant processes to manage operational and administrative personnel.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, or related field.
- Advanced English.
- Valid VISA and passport.
**Responsibilities**:
- Training and onboarding management (STPS).
- Recruitment, selection, and personnel administration.
- Performance evaluation and work environment management.
- Labor relations and union interactions.
- Payroll, benefits, and compensation administration.
- Workplace safety, well-being, and PPE management.
