**HR Generalist**
Were looking for a proactive **HR Generalist** to support managers and employees across the full HR lifecycle. Youll deliver hands-on, operational HR support and work closely with HRBPs, Payroll, and Shared Services in an international environment.
**What youll do**
+ Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, benefits, Time & Attendance, and offboarding
+ Advise managers on HR policies, employment legislation, and absence management
+ Support payroll processes and maintain accurate HRIS data
+ Contribute to annual HR processes (performance, compensation, benefits) and HR projects
**What were looking for**
+ 25 years experience in an HR Generalist / operational HR role
+ Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR processes
+ Strong communication skills in English (B2C1) and Dutch
+ Experience with HRIS (e.g. SuccessFactors); manufacturing background is a plus
