Responsabilidades
- Support labor relations for assigned groups by responding to first-level employment related questions and participating in structure investigations
- Assist in executing corporate programs (i.e. performance review, personal development plans, employee surveys, merit planning, etc.)
- Support incentive program administration
- Administer employee performance management process and discipline through consistent application of company policies
- Plan/coordinate events and provide consistent communication to employees
- Run data for weekly & monthly human resources KPI reports required by site and corporate management
