HR Generalist II – Mississauga, ON, Canada. Regular Full Time position based in the Mississauga office.
Responsibilities
Employee Relations & HR Support:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures and employment-related inquiries.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including performance management, attendance, workplace issues and conflict resolution.
- Assist in the organizing of corporate events.
- Responsible for physical and electronic file system.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, offers and pre-employment checks.
