We are presently seeking an HR Generalist II who is an integral member of a high‑performing team, the Human Resources Generalist (HRG) provides strategic and hands‑on HR support to advance Excelitas Canada Inc. business objectives. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Generalist partners with leaders and employees to support informed people decisions, reinforce performance expectations, and drive accountability. This role champions a high‑performance culture while ensuring HR programs, policies, and practices are applied consistently and in alignment with business priorities.
