HR Generalist

Our client, a growing national leader in its industry with plant operations across Canada & Europe, is seeking an HR Generalist responsible for all aspects of human resources within their production facility in Montreal.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment including posting ads, screening candidates, and conducting new hire orientations.
• Administer payroll.
• Address employee HR-related issues.
• Handle WCB claims.

Education, Qualifications, and Skills

• 1+ years experience in HR within a production environment.
• CHRP/CHRL designation or working towards it is an asset.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in groups.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bilingual (English and French) is preferred.
