Plant HR Operations & Recruitment Lead end-to-end plant HR operations with full ownership. Manage recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes. Ensure smooth joining formalities and induction of employees. 2. Payroll Coordination & Workforce Management Oversee attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll input validation (on-roll & contract workforce). Coordinate with finance team for timely salary processing. Ensure wage structure compliance as per statutory norms. 3. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements. Maintain statutory records, registers, and returns.
