HR Generalist – Forvia
The (Site) HR Generalist supports aligning the FORVIA people strategy with local business needs, acting as an administrative HR expert and trusted partner for employees.
Responsibilities
- Act as trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees in your perimeter
- Manage the organizational structure and the recruitment process
- Manage all operational administrative tasks regarding HR topics
- Execute local and global HR initiatives such as employee surveys, employer branding initiatives, employee events and change projects
- Coordinate external HR service providers
- Oversee and supervise onboarding, training and employee development processes
- Prepare reports and analyses
- Coordinate and conduct employee evaluation and bonus process
- Participate in audits and controls regarding managed areas
