Purpose of the Position
To provide specialized support in learning administration processes within the HR function (Eng - Spa), resolving complex inquiries that require specific HR knowledge and deeper policy interpretation. The role focuses on administrative and transactional tasks related to learning, within the scope of People Services.
Responsibilities
- Handles general inquiries, telephone calls and e‑mail queries into the HR SSC – act as first filter, supported by answers to predefined questions.
- Takes ownership of the resolution of callers’ issues, giving guidance & solving problems as the first point of contact whenever possible, refers issues to the HR different teams involved when unable to resolve them personally and/or provides administrative support.
