Overview: Six Flags Great Adventure is seeking an outgoing and creative person to join our Human Resources team. This position is responsible for the supervision of the Human Resources Department, including the international visa program, Team Member Campus, and daily Department Operations.

Qualifications:
Enforcement of all company attendance policies and procedures, including any applicable warnings and/or counseling sessions
Facilitation of new HR processes and continual training
Interface frequently with local departments to understand all departmental objectives and discover necessary tasks to aid them in analyzing and improving their business
Track and analyze statistical employment data to coordinate targeted hiring efforts and focus on hiring specialty positions as needed
Conducting regular meetings with department representatives to determine the effectiveness of hiring plans and discussing staffing...
