- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
- Design and execute performance management and appraisal systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Handle compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting
- Drive employee engagement, learning, and development initiatives
- Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and documentation
- Act as a bridge between management and employees
