Description


  • Own the Human Resources strategy and operations for Mexico-based teams.

  • Serve as a strategic business partner on labour and people-related matters.

  • Oversee end-to-end talent processes, including hiring and employee separations.

  • Manage employee relations, labour compliance, and workplace issues.

  • Own union relations and collective bargaining activities.

  • Supervise compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.

6-8 years managing HR operations and labor relations in Mexico.Strong experience overseeing compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR compliance.

A successful HR Manager should have:


  • Advanced / fluent level of English (written and spoken).

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance.

  • Recent experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
