Key Responsibilities: HR Policy Development and Implementation Create, maintain, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Recruitment and Onboarding Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, hiring, and employee onboarding/orientation. Employee Relations Handle employee grievances, resolve conflicts, conduct investigations, and foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
