**Position Summary**:
Responsible for the proposal & implementation of Human Resources strategies in the assigned region (Mexico), aligned with the organization's objectives, as well as the solid execution of different programs and initiatives.
This position functions as a trusted advisor to the organization's leaders in the areas of talent management, labor relations, employee relations, compensation & benefits planning, and leadership development.
