HR Payroll Staff (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage the company's payroll system and processes.
• Analyze payroll policies and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Maintain and manage employee payroll-related data and records.
• Coordinate closely with the Finance and Tax teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Prepare and generate periodic payroll reports for management and relevant stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

• :Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
