HR Site Coordinator for Manufacturing at FGF

Become an HR Site Coordinator at FGF, supporting our talented manufacturing team in a dynamic environment. You will manage Team Member Relations, Recruitment, and Health and Safety while promoting adherence to HR policies.
In this on-site role, you'll collaborate closely with Manufacturing Leaders and Team Members to enhance engagement and retention. You'll drive Talent and Development programs, manage payroll approvals, and coordinate Learning and Development initiatives. Your background in HR, especially in manufacturing settings, will contribute to our team's success and support effective relationships across the plant floor.
Key Responsibilities:
