**POSITION DETAILS**
Reporting to the Executive Director of Human Resources, or Designee, the HR Specialist, HRIS, supports the management and implementation of department human resources information systems, including but not limited to CUNYfirst’s Human Capital Management (HCM), CUNYWork, legacy systems.
The Human Resources Specialist’s duties include but are not limited to:
+ Implements procedures to extract, verify, and correct data as appropriate. Lead the review of system data and make corrections as necessary while adhering to CUNY and College deadlines.
+ Serves key role in the college's transition into new HRIS systems and processes and in conversion to CUNYWork system; Serves as subject matter expert, train-the-trainer and point person in data cleanup and testing.
+ Develops, runs and analyzes reports and tracking systems to determine adjunct eligibility for 3 year reappointments; and ongoing monitoring of eligibility.
