Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and selection processes for administrative, technical, and managerial roles.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
- Manage sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, headhunting).
- Develop and implement effective talent attraction strategies.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide consultative support.
- Track and report recruiting KPIs (time to fill, quality of hire, etc.).
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within HR.
- Gradually support other HR functions (employee relations, training, organizational development).
- Prepare reports and analytics to support decision-making.
