HR Systems Project Management/ Process Specialist

Position Type: Contract - starting with 12 months, with extension upto July 2028

Location: Toronto Downtown, ON

Pay Rate: $55/hr - $65/hr

Our client is seeking an HR Systems Project Management/ Process Specialist to play a critical role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of HR systems initiatives across the organization. This position provides project execution, process analysis, and documentation support to ensure HR technology initiatives are delivered on time, aligned to standardized HR processes, and adopted effectively by stakeholders.

Reporting to the Manager, HR Systems, this role acts as a key delivery and continuity role supporting ongoing HR Systems initiatives, including implementations, optimizations, and enhancements across HR platforms. The role partners closely with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to support successful outcomes.
