This role plays a key part in strengthening regional people operations across Latin America by supporting both HR and Talent Acquisition activities in a highly distributed, mission-driven environment. You will contribute to the delivery of consistent HR services across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with local labor laws, internal policies, and global HR standards. Acting as a key liaison between employees, managers, and global People teams, you will help improve HR systems, processes, and employee experience.
