Description

Responsibilities

  • Support full spectrum of interview coordination (from interview to onboarding)
  • Liaise with candidates on document collation upon offer acceptance
  • Collect & verify required documents post offer acceptance
  • Arrange and schedule medical check‑ups, mandatory training, and related tasks
  • Coordinate submission/management of Work Pass applications, including insurance with HR Services team
  • Verification of medical check‑up reports and liaise with TA for escalation cases
  • Finalize start work date with candidates
  • Inform TA on finalized join date to issue updated offer letter (as required)
  • Collection of cancellation pass and issuance of Work Pass upon commencement of employment
  • General administrative support related to the above services including paperwork administration for ERP program
  • Perform ad‑hoc related duties as assigned by the manager
