Description

Champion HR initiatives as an HR Team Leader focused on employee engagement and operational support. Oversee training, relations, and payroll management while reporting directly to the HR Manager.
In your full-time position, you will provide strategic support to the Human Resources Manager regarding departmental plans. Your role includes sourcing training opportunities, preparing analysis reports, and negotiating labor agreements. You will also guide leaders in interpreting policies and legislation to maintain compliance and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of HR plans and goals
• Coordinate and assess training sessions
• Analyze trends and provide reports to HR

Requirements:
