HR Virtual Agent Product Owner - HR Generative AI team - Director (Hybrid)

We’re seeking someone to join our HR Generative AI team as a Product Owner, where you will define and deliver product capabilities for the AskHR Virtual Agent, improving how employees access accurate HR answers and complete tasks through a seamless AI powered experience.

In Human Resources, we support the firm’s workforce through people insights, effective service delivery, and practical tools for employees and managers. A core part of this work is the AskHR Virtual Agent, the frontline entry point for HR support, providing fast and consistent access to information and assistance.

You’ll join a team with a clear mandate, substantive work and no shortage of complex problems to solve.
