**About the Role**
As the Human Resources Lead for our GITC in Guadalajara, you will be at the forefront of our HR transformation efforts.
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner for IT based in the US, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and driving the HR strategy for GITC and the broader IT function.
