**Objective**
Oversee operations and ensure that proper level of HR KPIs is achieved to ensure business success.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Recommend Effectively manage Human Resources
- Ensuring the incorporation of employed personnel according to the position profile and needs of the organization, through a compensation scheme that complies with internal equity and competitiveness policies.
- Contribute to promoting and creating a healthy Company-Worker-Union work environment.
- Maintaining adequate communication between the members of the company and the union to ensure job stability.
**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or similar.
- Advanced English
- 5 Years of experience as HRBP / Generalist Role
