The Job

As an HRBP Supervisor (Training & Development), you’ll be part of the Human Resources team working as an on‑site employee.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Training & Development team, including direct reports and site trainers.
• Manage and execute the annual training plan for operators (makers) and staff populations.
• Partner closely with manufacturing leadership, mainly Assembly, providing hands‑on HR support on the shop floor.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational priorities.
• Conduct training needs assessments and translate business requirements into development initiatives.
