About the Role This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong HRIS experience , Configuration experience UKG eTime / UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM) , and the ability to support multi-country deployments across Latin America . Requirements Must to have: Proven hands-on configuration experience with UKG eTime / UKG Pro WFM , the most important configuration, support, and troubleshooting . Experience supporting multi-country HRIS implementations or deployments . Strong ability to work with regional stakeholders and translate business needs into system configurations.
