Overview

HRIS Analyst (Contract) Our client is searching for an HRIS /People Analytics expert to join in a fast‑growing technology environment. This SE Calgary‑based organization in the data center and high‑performance computing industry, is seeking a People Systems Analyst to support and advance their reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and security across HRIS and people systems (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Time & Attendance).
• Partner with People and Finance teams to extract, analyze, and present insightful workforce data.
• Design intuitive dashboards and visuals to support recruitment, talent, compensation, and workforce performance analytics.
• Support HR system upgrades, configuration changes, and new module implementations.
