HRIS Implementation Project Manager (Contract)

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Greenstone Financial Services Canada is seeking an experienced HRIS Implementation Project Manager to support a major HR and payroll systems implementation. This fixed-term contract role, with an anticipated duration of 6 months and the possibility of extension , will play a critical role in Greenstone’s transition from ADP Workforce Now to Dayforce, specifically supporting the implementation of the Payroll and HR modules, including Time Off and Absence Management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the client-side implementation activities, ensuring timelines, deliverables, testing milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder activities are effectively tracked and progressing according to project expectations. This role will act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and the Dayforce implementation team to support a successful and well-coordinated implementation.
