As an HSE Specialist, you will support site operations by providing professional guidance and technical services. Reporting to the Plant Manager and the Director of Health, Safety & Environment, your role involves hands-on interaction with employees to promote safe behaviors and compliance. You will identify hazards, coach staff on safe practices, and aid in incident investigations for root cause analysis and risk mitigation.
