Position Summary
The Human Resource Coordinator provides day-to-day HR administrative and operational support to the HR Manager, Shared Services, while contributing to broader Corporate HR priorities. This role is responsible for coordinating core HR processes, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee records administration, and HR systems data maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to the HR Manager, including operational activities, scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other employment‑related documentation in alignment with corporate standards.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruitment administration to support an efficient and professional hiring process.
