Human Resource Genaralist

An established and growing construction company in the Charlottetown area is seeking a Senior HR Generalist / HR Manager to lead all human resources functions.

This is a standalone HR role , ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands‑on environment while also contributing at a strategic level. Reporting directly to ownership, you will play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day operations and helping shape the company’s people practices as it continues to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

Serve as the sole HR contact for a team of approximately 40–60 employees

Manage full‑cycle recruitment for both field and office roles

Handle employee relations, including performance management and investigations

Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation
