Responsibilities
- Defining, implementing and/or maintaining overarching HR strategy, policies, and guidelines for VISHAY or assigned entities.
- Planning, coordinating, and/or implementing HR projects and processes (e.g., programs, initiatives, and surveys).
- Ensuring HR operations and matters (e.g., performance mgmt., leaves or disciplinary matters, disputes, legal claims).
- Identifying organization staffing and recruiting needs, and ensuring or executing effective recruitment programs.
- Ensuring utilization of HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS systems, HR cloud services).
- Monitoring and ensuring the organization’s compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Executing recurring day-to-day administration or service-related operations, in processes as assigned.
