The Human Resources Benefits Analyst provides vital operational support to the HR team and serves as the primary benefits and leave administrator for the district. This role ensures compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in benefits administration while serving as a supportive resource for staff, contributing positively to the overall employee experience and district culture.
Qualifications - Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Two (2) years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, or school business operations required.
- Demonstrated abilities to work with staff and community members collaboratively.
