Job Summary We are looking for an HR Business partner who will provide strategic direction, coaching, and development to the operations leadership team and oversee labor relations within Western Canada regions.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Support and guide regional management teams on overall HR best practices;
Participate in labor relations committees;
Supervise the Regional HR Advisor and recruiters;
Responsible for producing metric reports (KPIs);
