Human Resources Business Partner

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources Team. Reporting into the Director, Employee and Labour Relations, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, providing expert advice and guidance to an assigned client group on a broad range of Human Resources and Labour Relations related issues. This role is a key point of contact for organization leadership to ensure that decision making aligns to Human Resources leading practices and to the Hospital’s strategic goals.

Position Summary

• Employment Status: Temporary Full-Time
• Duration: up to July 9, 2027 subject to change
• Hours of Work: Normal hours Monday – Friday. Evenings and weekend work may be required based on operational needs.
