Our client, a reputable general contractor in the Niagara Region, is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead the delivery of retail and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate is a strong on‑site leader with a track record of completing projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all daily site operations for retail and commercial construction projects from start to completion.

Lead and coordinate site crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.

Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and promote a safe work culture.

Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure work is completed per design intent.

Coordinate inspections, resolve on‑site issues, and maintain communication with the project manager and client.
