This role supports our main manufacturing facility as a Human Resources Business Partner, building trust with leaders and frontline teams and driving HR excellence across production, trades and operations.

What You’ll Do

• Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration of various programs.
• Act as the dedicated HR partner for the manufacturing facility, coaching managers/supervisors and supporting employees at every level.
• Lead investigations, accommodation discussions, conflict resolution, and performance‑related matters with professionalism and fairness.
