You will effectively manage employee and labour relations across your client portfolio and work closely with various teams. Your insights will guide leadership on interpreting policies and engaging in collective bargaining processes, helping shape a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer strategic HR advice on employee relations
• Coach management on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Support collective bargaining activities proactively
• Monitor and report on HR-related trends
• Liaise with HR teams for cohesive operations
