Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRBP, you'll be the primary HR contact for business leaders across regions. This role demands collaboration with the HR team to execute a variety of HR services, including compensation, benefits, and metrics reporting. Your strategic HR guidance will facilitate effective labor relations and resolve people-related issues within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic guidance on employee relations issues
• Collaborate with business and union partners for dispute resolutions
• Partner with HR leadership to develop tailored HR solutions
• Lead investigations and ensure due diligence compliance
• Facilitate HR training sessions for management
Requirements:
• University Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources
