Human Resources Business Partner

JUST HR is recruiting for an HR Business Partner to support a growing northern BC operation with a strong presence in marine services, workforce accommodation, and industrial projects. This newly created role is designed to bring dedicated HR leadership directly to the Kitimat operation, providing hands‑on support to site leadership and employees rather than managing people issues remotely.
