Reporting to the Director, Employee and Labour Relations, this position supports a diverse workforce across multiple hospital sites. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining compliance and fostering an inclusive culture within the organization of nearly 5,000 team members. You will ensure strategic alignment with hospital goals while addressing the complexities of labor relations.
