About the job Human Resources Generalist
The Human Resources Generalist will work within the HR department, with a strong focus on recruitment and selection, HRIS, and Employee Group Benefits administration, and will support the Director, People and Culture in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the various HR policies, processes, protocols, and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment & selection process, including draft job descriptions and job postings, conduct phone screenings, develop interview questions in consultation with supervisor, coordinate and conduct interviews, complete reference checks.
- Assist with agency planning of staffing requirements.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of new recruitment initiatives and resources.
