Human Resources Generalist

Due our opening of our New Plant in Chihuahua City, we are looking for a well rounded Human Resources Generalist:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree on Human Resources, or related area, preference a master's degree on Human Resources
• 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources on the areas of:

1) Labor relations and solving issues, Investigations of compliance

2) Recruitment and onboarding of Salary positions

3) Benefits and Compensation analysis, including and job pricing

4) Performance and cycle Management

5) Talent development, succession plans

6) Training in soft skills, policies and HR procedures

• Bilingual, Spanish - English (Must)
• Experience in Manufacturing Environment
• Desirable experience in TRESS system
• Discretion and problem-solving to handle sensitive employee matters, team player.
